Weed stared at at Kiseki, his heart skipping a beat. No wonder the Koga look so familiar...! All these years, Weed had been terrified that Kiseki had died from her injuries, and another dog had been hurt because of him. Yet, here she was, plain as day, Weed nodded slowly. “Y-Yes...Kiseki...is it really you...?”

"Weed...!Weed,Oh my god-",Kiseki contorted her body and clung to Weed tightly, ignoring the searing, stinging pain from her recovering wounds. "I was so afraid...so worried you didn't make it.",Kiseki spoke, her eyes swelled with bittersweet tears.

Despite his efforts to hold them back, Weed felt tears trickling down his cheeks. He slowly reached up, wrapping his forepaws around Kiseki as delicately as he could. “I could say the same about you...” Weed said softy, a sad smile on his face. “Kiseki...I-I’m so glad to see you again...!”

"I thought I would never see you again! Are you leader now?! If so congratulations! I knew you would succeed your father with flying colors!",Kiseki smiled widely with tears falling like a overflow. "If only I was there to see you grow-", She sniffled quietly and tightened her grip. Despite her wounds, she had a real firm hold on the smaller male.

“It’s alright,” Weed replied with a soft laugh. “Your recovery comes first. I’m so happy you’re ok...!” Weed then paused, his smile slowly slipping away. His brow furrowed, and he now took on a serious expression. “You saved my life that day...I have to return that to you, Kiseki. As Leader of Ohu, I’ll use all my resources to help find your bothers. I promise.”

Kiseki smiled and shook her head."Weed,I am sure the Kogas are looking for the two, maybe.", She sighed softly."I will ask a favor when in need.", She smiled. "I'm just....so happy you are ok, I should have found out where you went, we could've came across each other sooner.", She said and turned over to Cross and Gin."I am aware that is Gin, but who is the kind female, I must thank her.", She chirped.

“Ahh,” Cross said with a gentle grin. “My name is Cross, one of the old Ohu veterans. And there’s no need to thank me; all injured dogs deserved to be taken care of.” The Saluki female wagged her tail gently. “And I’m glad you got to meet an old friend again! I’ve heard so may nasty things about Kaibutsu...” Cross’s eyes darkened a bit as she recalled the loss of her older comrades.
Seeing Cross’ expression, Weed frowned. He recalled Smith’s death, and how he’d died trying to kill Kaibutsu and save him. “Ahh...” Weed then said softly. “It...It’s alright...”

"All who have died because of that beast died a hero. My sensei too, died of the monster.",Kiseki said quietly. She turned her head to her wound,"When will my wound heal? I need to be up as quick as possible."

“Give them a few weeks,” Cross said. “Luckily, your wounds weren’t too bad. I wouldn’t advise moving around too much before then. It might reopen the wounds.”
“She’s right,” Weed agreed. “Please, Kiseki. Stay in Ohu as long as you need to. We can take care of things for you.”

"Weeks?! I can stay here for weeks!",Kiseki boomed suddenly."What if Tesshin needs me? What if Yoshi and Kenta aren't found? Is there a way to speed the process?",She spoke.

Cross’ eyes widened in alarm. She glanced at Gin, and then at Weed. “Well, er...” she began, biting her lip nervously. “There is one way, but...” Cross grimaced. She, of all dogs, hated having to suggest this. “You would have to go to the humans. They’re medicine heals much faster than these herbs...”

Kiseki looked at Cross quietly. "Very well.If this will speed up the process,I have no problem taking this risk.". Kiseki slowly looked over to Weed, whom she still held with her paws let go and slowly stood up to her feet, trying not to waver. "Let's get a move on now,my legs will give out if I just stand."

“Alright,” said Weed, gently resting against Kiseki’s side to give her support. “Father’s master lives in the village just beneath the mountain. He always helps us.”
“I’ll go too,” said Cross, joining their side, though she had a rather uneasy look on her face. “...Never know what kind of nasty dogs you’ll meet down there...” She was awkwardly silent after that, gazing at her paws.
“I’m sure it won’t be anything too bad,” Weed said with a hopeful smile.

"I am...rather surprised you have humans helping you. That seems very rare that a human sides with dogs. Very lucky.",Kiseki spoke, tightening the sickle chain around her neck to make sure it doesn't slip off. She turned to Gin,"You are a very lucky dog, having a human companion by your side all this time.",She smiled warmly before limping off.

“Hmph...” Cross murmured. While she was willjng to admit that Daisuke was a helpful human, who was to say he wouldn’t turn his back on Ohu? Cross had spent years living in fear and hatred of humans. Daisuke had a ways to go before he could truly earn her trust. She helped Kiseki walk, as did Weed, and was silent as she went down the mountain.
“Daisuke’s really nice,” Weed said cheerfully. “Heh...he’s actually the one who named my puppies. Oh, I never told you! I’m a father, heh...! “
